Trust Service Authority of Slovenia was established as a certification authority in 2001 at the then Government Center for Informatics (CVI). After the reorganization in 2004, the Government Center for Informatics of the Republic of Slovenia went under the new Ministry of Public Administration of Republic of Slovenia.
